Return & Refund Policy

At FOF (Form Over Flesh), we want you to love what you wear.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items that are initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

• In original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

To begin a return, please contact us at formoverflesh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Final sale items

• Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise not caused during shipping

FOF reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
